If you have a report that is stuck on the vessel in the status "Sent but not received at shore", please follow these steps:
- Make sure the report is in the system but checking on an office computer. You can also check the report on board if the has an ID with the format xxxxxx-00, the report has been saved and you can continue with next step
- Save the attached file on the faulty computer(i.e Desktop)
- Open IRIS.
- Open My Page
- Press CTRL + I
- Drag and drop the saved attached file to the debug area.
- Wait until the page is auto-refreshed.
- Have the user revert with the result if the report has changed status or not.
