If a report is locked by another user, and it cannot be unlocked, please check the following:

  1. You have correct permissions to unlock reports.
  2. The report has been closed on the other user's screen. If it is still open on a screen, the report cannot be unlocked.


If both of the above criteria are met, you have to wait 30 minutes before the report can be unlocked. This is a precaution to prevent data to overwritten if the locking user lost internet connection for a short period of time.
