Please try the following steps on the faulty computer:
- Save the attached file on the local computer(i.e Desktop)
- Open IRIS.
- Open Governing documents
- Navigate to the document needed to be reloaded
- Press CTRL + I
- Drag and drop the saved attached file to the debug area.
- Wait until the page is auto-refreshed.
- Revert with the result. If successful, let me know, otherwise if a popup saying an error occurred shows up, press yes and send.
