This solution is for issues where the installation halts due to large files being downloaded and a computer running IRIS already.
- Download and save the attached file on a common drive onboard the vessel server
- Close IRIS on both PCs, functional and the PC with issue/in need of installation
- Select the correct profile to back up data from.
- Press back up and select a location for the backup file (s)
- Go to the faulty PC/PC in need of restore and run the previously saved file.
- Click Restore and select what profile to restore to and click Use
- Select the previously created backup location and run the restore.
- Open IRIS and see if it worked. If the installation page shows, press Synchronize and let it run. It should be quick because all data is already imported.
